Club information for the 2024-2025 season
Information
The primary purpose of the clubs will be to support the league, their teams and coaches and solicit sponsorships, create fundraising opportunities and supply uniforms. There are limits on what a Booster Club can charge each player for uniforms and fees. There are also limits on what funds collected through sponsorships and fundraising can be used for. Booster Clubs will be required to apply to the league for membership.
Background Screenings
All Club staff MUST have a current USAH Background Screening. All screenings will be conducted through the USA Hockey National Office. The link is below.
SAFESPORT TRAINING-Board Members/Team Managers
All Club staff, including Board Members, Team Manager and Coaches, MUST complete SafeSport Training this season. Players who turn 17 or older in 2024 must also complete the training. Once training is complete each club must submit a single email with the SafeSport certificates of completion for all Board Members and Team Managers who do not appear on a team T1 Roster. No Pass/No Play
Clubs will be required to notify the league of any players with unsatisfactory grades based on the league rules. This form must be submitted each semester listing any players not meeting league requirements. If all players meet league requirements than a signed, blank form must be submitted.

LINE-UP CARD
The Line-Up Card is to be used to submit your line-up each game to the scorekeeper. You should list all rostered players and strike through any player that is not playing with a single line. This is the best way for the scorekeeper to track the players actually playing in that game.
